Cannot find -lXp

Hi,

I am new to compiling and experienced the following problem when try to build motif,
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lXp

Please help,

You should install it. Unfortunately I cannot say which package contains this library, since it depends on distribution that you use. For example, under Fedora Core 3 and 4 you should install xorg-x11-deprecated-libs, undef Fedora Core 5 and 6 you should install libXp.
