Open File Selection Dialog in Desired directory

Hi,
I am Using Xmotif 1.2.5. How can i make FileSelectionDialog open some Specified Directory and not the current working directory.

Look at the XmNdirMask, XmNdirectory and XmNpattern resources of XmFileSelectionBox.
